Carpet Layers helping out!

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010

Way back in March, I promised to followup on real carpet layers…did you know that most people who’ve heard about BigSlider™ utility movers from someone else found out about it from their carpet layer?

Well, that makes total sense, actually. The homeowner is present when the carpet layer is working inside their house. They see a professional using a professional tool to make his job easier. In fact, it’s so easy to just “TILT. LOAD. SLIDE.” they go to www.bigslider.com to buy their own Professional model!

Now that’s an excellent reference. Keep ‘em coming all you carpet layers out there…and if you’re a carpet layer and you don’t have your own professional furniture moving tool, you can get one at bigslider.com!

Our mission is to “empower anyone to easily move almost anything”

Check this out from June 7th…”We borrowed J’s slider today b/c I pulled a muscle in my neck the other day and wasnt able to move as much…I am moving classrooms and M and I were able to put full bookshelves on it and move them. You may have a new market there… schools and the custodians having to move such heavy stuff. I even moved a full bookshelf by myself.”

How it works: High-density polyethylene (HDP) is among the most slippery solid substances known to man, and it’s also among the toughest. Place any heavy load on this HDP plastic sheet, and you’ve got a sled that moves heavy loads like nobody’s business.

Why it matters: A wheeled platform of some kind (i.e. the hand truck, wheel barrow or dolly) is handy but imperfect. If you’re working alone, how do you get the load on to it in the first place? With this mover, you simply tip and pivot the load onto the sheet, then slide it where it needs to go. It moves loads up to 500pounds over carpet, grass or even rough concrete or dirt.

They said it all!
