How to #10: Slice mushrooms quickly...and perfectly...every time

Use the Westmark hard boiled egg slicer! With or without stems, place the white / baby bella mushroom caps face down in the depression designed for the egg. Just snap the wires shut. Easy peasy! All the slices come out perfectly even, and your spaghetti sauce or pork medallions will be done in no time.
Caveat - hard to use on softer mushrooms that are less than fresh.
