HOW-TO #24: Get relief from achy muscles...without pills!

You are all working hard out there, so here are our top tips for pain relief for sore, achy muscles...without using pills (aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen)!
1. L-glutamine. Take one scoop stirred up in a little water -- 20 minutes before or 2 hours after animal proteins (meat, fish, dairy, etc.). It's an amino acid that doesn't dissolve in water. Take another scoop (or two!) as needed when muscles are sore and achy. I find my pain is diminished in 15-25 minutes. We also take it daily before breakfast. Purchase the 1 kilo bag at JoMar Labs.
2. If you need further relief, smear on Workout Wonder. It smells great, and a little goes a long way!
